Our QR Codes have virtually unlimited applications and can be used for service programs, documents, cards, invitations, etc. and printed on to materials such as stainless steel or plastics and affixed to memorial headstones, urns, plaques, or special places like park benches . We will provide you with details and links to these services once you have set up your QR code.
There are multiple options for the look and style of your QR Code memorial, and the set up process is incredibly straightforward.
You can create and store multiple draft QR codes at no cost whatsoever.
Choose a design, colour, and content from the options including welcoming message, GPS site location, photos, videos, music, documents, and visitor book. The content your QR code links to can be changed or edited whenever as you like without needing a new QR Code.
The Forget Me Not team is led by Hannah and Phil, a father and daughter team.
Phil works in the technology development and project management area and Hannah as a registered nurse, celebrant, and trauma therapy counsellor.
